The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a busy area, next to the mountains and the restaurant. This was a pleasant stay, good prices. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with balcony, my bed was big. Also, location was comfortable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a historic suspension bridge. I had an excellent meal at the rooftop restaurant.

The location of this hotel is convenient with plenty of shops, cafes and organic food stores nearby. It is also located between hills and close to the famous Laxman Jhula landmark. The room had a good view and was clean with a fridge and complimentary water. The staff was helpful and gave recommendations for the area.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking attention to detail, particularly around the base of the toilet and the walls. the toilets in public areas were not kept to standard.

During Christmas holidays, my stay was amazing. I loved the fact that even though it was a peak season, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast which was delicious. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and in close proximity to all the tourist spots. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more comfortable.
